This week, the IAB was delighted to welcome officials from the Malaysian Government to London as we continue to strengthen our partnership and shared commitment to skills, education and employability.

We are particularly proud to have signed an agreement that will see IAB qualifications delivered across Malaysia, creating new opportunities for school leavers and young people to gain internationally recognised skills that lead directly to employment.

At a time when countries around the world are focused on workforce development, productivity, and economic growth, the ability to connect education with real career opportunities has never been more important.

This partnership is about much more than qualifications. It is about building pathways. Pathways that help young people develop practical, employer-focused skills, pathways that support businesses in finding talented and work-ready individuals, and pathways that contribute to long-term economic prosperity.

The collaboration also reflects the growing importance of international partnerships in education. By bringing together government, industry, and professional bodies, we can create solutions that respond directly to the needs of employers while opening doors for the next generation of professionals.
